The applicable law (EC Regulation 889/2008) currently only provides information on the raw materials that can be used in biological farming, but then the production process and the management criteria of the company/organization is at the full discretion of the producers. In ILSA (http://bit.ly/2DhIXW3), we have decided to follow one of the existing standards, the AIAB Technical Means label, among the many existing ones that relate to the principles of organic production.
