COVID-19, ILSA continues with its operations

With reference to the Italian Prime Minister's decree of March 22^nd concerning the measures undertaken to tackle the health emergency of COVID-19, ILSA as a chemical company and provider of agricultural technical means, has been exempted from forced closure and is allowed to continue with its operations.

ILSA has available ample and highly automated production facilities which allow to keep the appropriate distances between workers. Furthermore, social distancing measures are already in place since February 24th. ILSA employees' commitment and support, allow the company to perform all of its functions. Most of the office staff are working remotely.

At this time, when the supply of fertilizers to farmers is of strategic importance, ILSA is producing 24 hours a day for 6 days a week, in both of its Italian plants.
