Collaboration and Change: ILSA’s 2024 Team Building Event

Each year, ILSA organizes a team-building event, recognizing the importance of fostering peaceful and collaborative relationships among team members. It is a valuable opportunity to connect outside of the work environment, promoting a climate of respect and cooperation. This year’s edition focused on the theme of change, a particularly relevant topic as the company transitions after its acquisition by the large, structured group Huber.

The day, organized by Maatmox (www.maatmox.com), took place in a small village near Lake Garda, where teams were tasked with solving puzzles and facing challenges, even involving local residents to help them. Engaging with strangers was a challenging yet rewarding experience. ILSA's General Manager, Vidhya Belapure, emphasized how the day was both educational and enjoyable. “It was crucial to see how, by working together and stepping out of our usual roles, we can overcome significant challenges and embrace change successfully. Stepping out of one’s comfort zone can bring great satisfaction, and we must remember that within change lies great opportunity.”
